The innovation in the packaging systems that the Giró Group is bringing out to the market is not only offering the best packaging, consumables or machinery for the fruits & vegetables. It is also a matter of concern to provide a leading service to the packing stations allowing an accurate control of their production and keeping the machinery in perfect workshop conditions thanks to a system for the diagnostics, prevention and remote action.
This is what GirControl Plus is offering. A device to be installed in a PC connected to the new generation welding machines UltraBagger or GirBagger is exchanging information such as the machine settings, alarms or production data.
The GirControl Plus makes the production data available for external analysis (real time and historic information), allows remote adjustments to the machine (setup packs, adjust global settings, transfer programs from one machine to others, etc...) and also remote technical assistance (from outside through a telephone line, GSM or ADSL) for a faster response to problems and to avoid useless visits just to change incorrect settings.
All in all, the GirControl Plus is a unique tool in our sector that broadens new horizons to the management of the packing stations.
